Koopman Jewels to Debut at LAPADA Berkeley Square Fair 2025

For the very first time, Koopman Rare Art (Jewels)—one of the world’s most distinguished dealers in antique silver, gold boxes, objets de vertu, and now fine antique jewellery—will exhibit at the LAPADA Berkeley Square Fair 2025. Their curated showcase of antique jewellery and rare gold boxes promises to be one of the standout highlights of this year’s event.

A Legacy of Connoisseurship

Founded in 1952 by brothers Jacques and Eddy Koopman, the Koopman name has long been synonymous with excellence, scholarship, and provenance. From 1969, the firm operated from its iconic location at the entrance of The London Silver Vaults, handling museum-quality masterpieces by celebrated silversmiths such as Paul Storr, Paul de Lamerie, and Benjamin Smith.

In 2021, Koopman Rare Art (Jewels) moved to a new home on Dover Street, Mayfair, expanding into fine antique jewellery under the direction of Kimberley Smith. This collection will now take its place at LAPADA for the very first time.
